About Winning Being You™

A Philosophy of Intentional Human Development

Winning Being You™ is a philosophy of intentional human development.

We believe one of the greatest opportunities we have in life is to intentionally steward a life that reflects who we are.

Life is developmental.

As life unfolds, so do we.

Winning Being You™ exists to help people intentionally participate in their lives—living in greater congruence with themselves through every season.

Why We Exist

We believe one of the greatest opportunities we have in life is to intentionally steward a life that reflects who we are.

As life unfolds, we're continually invited to make choices about how we live.

Sometimes the ways that once served us no longer serve the season we're entering.

Without intention, it's easy to continue living from habits that no longer reflect who we are.

Winning Being You™ exists to help people intentionally participate in their lives—living in greater congruence with themselves through every season.

The WIN Method™

The Practice of Intentional Human Development

Every season of life invites something different from us.

The WIN Method™ is the framework that helps people intentionally participate in their own development—bringing greater congruence between who they are and how they live.

Rather than asking you to become someone else, the WIN Method™ helps you intentionally live in greater congruence with yourself through every season of life.

It brings together three intentional practices that work together throughout every season of life.

$0.00

Awareness

Recognize what is true.

Growth begins by seeing clearly.

Awareness is the practice of noticing what has changed, recognizing the patterns shaping your life, and becoming conscious of the truths that deserve to guide your next season.

$0.00

Alignment

Choose what matters now.

As life changes, priorities shift.

Alignment is the practice of bringing your decisions, commitments, pace, and daily life into greater congruence with what matters most.

$0.00

Embodiment

Live it consistently.

Insight becomes transformational when it is lived.

Embodiment is the ongoing practice of expressing what matters most through your habits, relationships, leadership, and everyday choices.

The WIN Method™ isn't something to complete.

It's a practice to return to.

Because a well-lived life is intentionally stewarded—one season at a time.

The People Stewarding This Work

Winning Being You™ is stewarded by professionals who believe people deserve thoughtful guidance as they navigate life's evolving seasons.

Together, we bring expertise across leadership, coaching, higher education, performance psychology, and health & wellness.

While each practitioner brings a unique perspective, we share one commitment:

Helping people intentionally steward a life well-lived.

Adrienne Montgomery, MBA, CPC

Founder & CEO | Creator of the WIN Method™

Adrienne Montgomery is the founder of Winning Being You™ and creator of the WIN Method™, an evidence-informed method designed to help people intentionally participate in their lives by living in greater congruence with themselves through every season.

Her work is rooted in a simple observation: as life unfolds and responsibilities evolve, the ways we've always lived don't always serve the season we're entering. Rather than offering quick solutions or formulas for success, Adrienne creates the conditions for meaningful reflection, intentional action, and sustainable practice.

Drawing on more than two decades of experience across leadership, executive coaching, higher education, business development, and performance psychology, she integrates coaching, adult development, leadership, and systems thinking into practical experiences that support long-term human development.

Adrienne holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), and has completed doctoral-level study in Performance Psychology.
